⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • BODY SUITS & SWIMWEAR (intimate apparel)
  • CHOKERS & NECKWEAR (worn close to skin)
  • FANCY SMELL products (personal care items)
  • Any items from DEALS or FESTIVAL ESSENTIALS SALE (final sale items)

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
